Returns & Exchanges Policy

At D-Tech Enterprises, we take pride in delivering industrial-grade and quality tested tools. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

✅ Wrong item received
✅ Product received damaged or defective
✅ Manufacturing defect detected upon first use

2. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Used, installed, or physically damaged products
❌ Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories
❌ Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
❌ Clearance / custom / special-order products

3. Return Window

Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Return Process

1. Email support@sonictoolsindia.com with order number, issue description & pictures
2. Team review & approval
3. Return shipping instructions shared (pickup or manual shipping based on pincode)
4. Product is inspected after receipt
5. Refund or replacement is processed if approved

5. Refunds

• Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after inspection
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
• COD not applicable (we do not offer COD)

6. Warranty

All Sonic Tools are covered under manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects only. Warranty terms vary by product.
